1. The inner and outer chains of the winding machine frame should be kept smooth, and when there is shaking during the up and down movement of the film frame, the tension chain can be used to eliminate it. Other devices, like packaging machines, should also be regularly protected and kept smooth.
When the turntable slows down or slips, open the turntable motor cover, loosen the four connecting bolts on the deceleration device plate, then adjust the two tension bolts evenly clockwise to achieve the required tension, and tighten the four connecting bolts. The machine should adjust the chain tension after 10-15 days of continuous use.
3. The lifting, chassis, and membrane frame drive are variable speed achieved through a worm gear speed controller.
When placing the packaging of goods, it should be handled as smoothly and gently as possible to avoid deforming the chassis or shortening the service life of the components.
5. The goods must not exceed the designed packaging height, otherwise it will affect the packaging function.
6. The goods should be placed within the range of the turntable. If the goods are too large, they should be placed within a range of 100mm or operated according to the actual space of the machine, otherwise the machine may be damaged.
7. The winding packaging machine and electrical cabinet should be closed and cleaned regularly, and the electrical materials and connections should be checked to ensure the normal operation of the equipment
