1. Turn on the power: Turn on the power selection switch as needed, and the power indicator light will be on. Grounded vacuum packaging machine to avoid electrical leakage. Check if the oil level of the vacuum pump is correct before starting. The power selection switch points to vacuum, vacuum seal, vacuum inflation, and vacuum inflation seal.
2. Adjust the vacuum level and place the plastic bag containing the item into the vacuum chamber. The bag opening should be neatly placed on the heat seal (for inflatable packaging, at least one nozzle should be inserted into the bag opening). Adjust the heating button.
3. Press the valve cover, the suction (vacuum) indicator light will turn on, the vacuum pump will start suction, and the valve cover will actively suck out. The vacuum knob can adjust the vacuum degree according to packaging requirements. When adjusting, the visual standards go from low to high., The amplitude should be very small.
4. When the pumping time reaches the set time (i.e. the required vacuum degree), pumping ends, the pumping indicator light calms down, and the charging indicator light lights up, indicating the start of charging. The charging knob can adjust the length of the charging time (i.e. charging), using the same method as above. If inflation is not required, turn the power switch to the vacuum position, and the program will automatically enter the vacuum packaging. The inflation indicator light will calm down.
5. After the pumping or inflation is completed, the indicator light will calm down and the heat sealing indicator light will light up, indicating that the sealing process has begun. The panel is equipped with heat sealing timing and temperature adjustment knobs, which can adapt to different thicknesses of materials. Small dynamic range to avoid sudden increase in heat sealing temperature and burning of heat sealing accessories.
6. When the set heat sealing time is reached, the heat sealing indicator light subsides, indicating the end of packaging.
